Plum Glitter Flowers Chiffon – Care instructions and information below.

These days chiffon is used to describe any material which is light and semi-transparent. The textile has a simple, loose weave of alternating “S” and “Z” twists. These twists give chiffon a slightly puckered appearance full of texture and elasticity. It is lightweight, semi-sheer (you will still need something behind it), drapeable, and lustrous.

Care instructions: Chiffon is strictly hand wash or dry clean. An agitating washing machine will damage its fine fibers and if using a non-agitating machine, use the delicate cycle setting and wash the fabric alone in cold water with mild soap. Hang to dry. DO NOT IRON. Remove wrinkles by hanging the chiffon fabric in the bathroom during and after a hot shower.
